Cancellation, Reschedule
& Refund Policy

For COVID-19 appointments originally booked
between
4/15/22 and 11/18/22

All cancellations, reschedules, and freezes must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. You will not be eligible for a refund, reschedule, or freeze after this time.

  • Cancel COVID appt 7+ days in advance: you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Cancel COVID appt 1-6 days in advance: you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Reschedule: There is no charge to reschedule a COVID appointment. However, if you later decide to cancel a rescheduled COVID appointment, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Freeze: You can preserve the full value of your appointment by freezing it for up to 1 year. If you would like to select this option, please email traveltesting@arcpointlabs.com. If you later decide to cancel a frozen appointment, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.

All refunds will be made to the original form of payment within 10 business days.

If your appointment has been affected by new testing requirements from the Chinese embassy, please email traveltesting@arcpointlabs.com.

If Delta cancels your flight to Shanghai (the flight status on the Delta website must show "cancelled"), you may choose to:

1. Reschedule: your appointment directly from your appointment confirmation email at no charge,
2. Freeze: email TravelTesting@arcpointlabs.com to freeze your appointment for future use for up to 1 year, or
3. Refund: email TravelTesting@arcpointlabs.com for a refund of your appointment fee

You must email traveltesting@arcpointlabs.com to request one of these options prior to your appointment time. You must also email us if Delta cancels just your reservation due to capacity issues. If we receive your email after your appointment time, you are not eligible for any of the three options.

All refunds will be made to the original form of payment within 10 business days.

• Cancel 7+ days in advance: If you cancel a COVID appointment at least 7 days prior to your appointment, you will only be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

• Cancel 1-6 days in advance: If you cancel a COVID appointment 1-6 days prior to your testing appointment, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

• Reschedule: There is no charge to reschedule a COVID appointment. However, if you later decide to cancel a rescheduled COVID appointment, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

• Freeze: If your travel plans change, you can preserve the full value of your appointment by freezing it for up to 1 year. If you would like to select this option, please email traveltesting@arcpointlabs.com. If you later decide to cancel a frozen appointment, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

All refunds will be made to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note these cancellation and refund policies apply even if the change is outside your control or caused by a third party.
