This appointment can be used for pediatric patients (ages 15 years and younger) with a Lab Kit or Order that
was received directly from their physician or specialty lab. Our lab
will draw the blood, centrifuge and prepare it, and ship it in for
testing. You may also order additional lab tests directly from us at
your appointment; there would be an additional charge for those tests.
