Phlebotomy (blood draw) appointment for patients who already have a kit. Physician’s order and blood draw kit must be provided at the time of service. For non-partner labs, a $45 kit fee is required at the time of service and is charged for each kit, even if all the kits are completed in a single blood draw. Minimum age for Blood Draws is 7 years old. PLEASE NOTE: to help facilitate the drawing of your blood, please arrive fully hydrated.
